Tucked in the woods only 5 miles north of Eagle River, conveniently located near local restaruants, banks, airport, stores, theater, museums, post office, and other "in town" attractions that help you enjoy your vacation in a popular tourist area of Northern Wisconsin, USA.

ACCOMODATIONS:

Furnished, 3-bedroom log vacation rental north of Eagle River in Conover, Wisconsin.

Fieldstone fireplace, screened-in back porch, covered front porch, 1 bathroom.

Linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.

RATES:

Summertime, thru August 16th = $480 per week (based on 4 people, or 3 children with 2 adults), subject to 10% state and local tax.

$100 per week for each additional person (up to 6 people maximum).

Call for discounted Spring, Fall and Winter rates; and please note that rates are subject to change without notice; and since this home is listed for sale, and property may be "shown" during your stay.

OCCUPANCY:

Saturday thru Saturday

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

$300 is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due upon arrival by personal check or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you only if the unit is booked for the time you had it reserved with us. If not, the deposit will not be returned and can not be used for future reservations.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

$250 security deposit will be required at check-in and returned in 7 days after scheduled departure, providing there is no waste, neglect, or damage for which the tenant is responsible.

BE SURE TO BRING:

Toiletries.

Toilet paper.

Paper products.

Garbage bags.

OF SPECIAL IMPORTANCE:

No smoking inside the home.

No pets allowed.

Not handicap accessible: This is a 2-story home.
